Rental assistance, Check in/Check out, cleaning and servicing

We manage for you the reception and the departure of your tenants and the cleaning and servicing

• Preparing your property for rent :  Writing an ad, taking quality photos to showcase your home, Help with registration on internet platforms such as Abritel, Airbnb, booking …, Registration with the tourist offices of Var, Tourist classification assistance
• At the entrance : Guests and tenants reception, key delivery, arrival inspection, management of the deposit and the balance of the rent
• At the exit : key recovery, departure inspection, report sent by e-mail
• Management of cleaning and servicing, premises, linen

FORFAIT 1 – Simple caretaking and cleaning

We propose: Visit once a month  + cleaning before and after your stay

During visits

• Aeration of the villa, the apartment
• Verification of the proper operation of equipment and installations
• verification of openings
• Report sent by email

Before your stay

• Opening of the house before your arrival
• Setting up of garden equipment
• Interior and exterior cleaning

After your stay

• Closing the house after your departure
• Storage of garden equipment
• Interior and exterior cleaning

Additional visit in case of bad weather, alarm trigger

We propose: Visit twice a month + Cleaning before and after your stay + swimming pool

During visits
