FORFAIT 1 – Simple caretaking and cleaning

We propose: Visit once a month  + cleaning before and after your stay

During visits

  • Aeration of the villa, the apartment
  • Verification of the proper operation of equipment and installations
  • verification of openings
  • Report sent by email

Before your stay

  • Opening of the house before your arrival
  • Setting up of garden equipment
  • Interior and exterior cleaning

After your stay

  • Closing the house after your departure
  • Storage of garden equipment
  • Interior and exterior cleaning

Additional visit in case of bad weather, alarm trigger

FORFAIT 2 –  Caretaking villa and swimming pool

We propose: Visit twice a month + Cleaning before and after your stay + swimming pool

During visits
